What are your fav/least fav Olympic events?

Let's hear em.....Mine are, in no particular order

Favourites:

Track and Field, Volleyball (indoor, not beach), swimming, diving and gymnastics.

Least favourites:

All the endurance competitions (reamarkable athletes but boring as hell to watch) like marathon, long distance cycling. Also don't really care much for softball, baseball and basketball at the olympic level.

IMO the olympics suck. The winter olympics are the only thing that are remotley interesting to me, gradually turning into winter x games.

I like that the Olympics are on about 3 different networks this year. You get to see the lesser events, i.e. archery and table tennis. I have to say that the US table tennis guy was very very impressive. I am amazed how they control that little raquet and ball. They were saying that the atheletes could put a spin on the ball up to 140 revolutions per second!!! I highly recommend watching a match if you have the time.

Favs:
Basketball, gymnastics, table tennis, diving, track and field, archery

Crappers:
Swimming, cycling

3s sedan, winning blue, 6 disc, moonroof, leather

I like most of the events. What I don't like is listening to the friggin' idiot commentators talk shit about all the events that are "judged". I like the events that are guaged by some tangible measurement, like the time it takes to travel 400m for example. The diving competitions that are judged for "style" and "execution" always seem to be rigged. I wonder if those judges have even competed in the events that they judge...

Eat right, exercise regularly, die anyway.
