MZ3S vs Tc - Np

I raced a Tc a few nights ago... from a light... launched at about 4k... spun like a mo fo... chirped second and good bye... I had to have put 5 car lengths on that thing. I had a friend in the car, he had no one. I heard im over to my left when we were coming out of first and he wsa definitely racing because he got quite a bit of spin into second but the 3 just pulled a lot harder... I don't have much done... just an intake and a grounded throttle body but I was really surprised to see my car pull his so hard. We raced again at the next light and the results were the same.

Yesterday, him and his Dad pulled up to the Auto Parts store while I was in there... as I was walking out, they were heads up to the windows of my car checking it out... I asked him if he thought about trading the Tc in yet just to f%ck with him... they laughed and went into the store.

I had been thinking about waiting for th Tc to come out before I bought the 3 because of the supercharger option, but I'm glad I didn't. It looks like a Tiburon too... yuck!

maybe you should have moved this to the Racing section... where I thought I posted it.

"Tiburon" was a word that C&D used to describe it also.

Along with (effectively) "pig"

I'm surprised because of all teh comparisons (comments about replacing) the Celica. It's NOTHING like the Celica in either looks or performance characteristics.

yeah, not a big fan of Celica either. Heard they are discontinuing them. I thnk they are UGLY. Got a guy at work, he is away as a reservist in AirForce. We are gonna light it up when he gets back. He has intake only. I have Grounded ETB and still freaking waiting on CAI.

Torque sucks on a celica. thats why they got 6 gears

but i also heard they're redesigning the celica...giving it a different engine....perhaps a hybrid one...

but the thing is that the celica is VERY light, otherwise the engine cannot really handle well since it's only got 130lb-ft

even when they hv 6 gears, u still hv to constantly rev above 4k to get some fun out of it..

but surely i liked the higher red line tho...only useful on upslope...other-wise the higher red line is useless...
