Tour de France!

Ok ... just wondering who else is totally geeking out over this year's race.

I'm one of those tour junkies, I'll watch it two times a day if I can ... and I'm often found riding my trainer while doing it. What fun!

So, who else is watching this year's tour?

I'll pay attention to it. The more coverage I see of it, the more interested I get. Thing I can't get over is some of those stages. 128km? Those guys are crazy. I think the tour is more interesting than wimbledon also.

A good change from the usualy crap that's on TV in the summer, like golf and baseball.

Hey, I watch soccer, F1 and rallying - not a fan of baseball at all, but can stomach the NBA and NFL games if I really have to.

I second that about golf. It isn't a sport......it's a liesure activity. It should be on the 'old and retired' network. Same with curling (which we get a hell of a lot of here in canada). The Janitor's activity!!! Same goes with darts, pool/snooker/billiard, poker, and the spelling bee (why the F are the last two even on sports channels??)

I stick to my F1, yankee baseball whenever I get the chance to see, NHL whenever Ottawa reaches the playoffs (which is practically every year) and a NBA game here and there, and the seasonal sports like tennis.

dinu ... I love you.

American tastes for "sports" are ... well, they make me wish I lived in Europe as far as TV coverage went.

Right there with ya. I watched the Preview Yesterday (twice) and I watched the Prologue today. I'm looking forward to the live coverage tomorrow.
