I just found out they stopped making my other car, the Montero Sport. They must be have some $$$ problems.

Actually, I thought they were replacing the Montero (or just killing it off) because of weak sales. It's too underpowered...

Now they're taking the "Hyundai" approach and starting to use their warranty to attract buyers. When you have to drop 5,000 cash back just to get customers in the show room... your cars suck.

Eat right, exercise regularly, die anyway.

I believe the Ex-president of Hyundai North America recently became president of Mitsubishi North America.

It's a good ploy, use a 10 year warranty to boost sales, get a big bonus, and leave the company before they start losing money on the long term maintenance warranty work.
