Short Haired Guys...

I'm wanting to change my daily habit of fixing up the hair with gel or clay or what not... ever try going out (when your hair is like an inch long at the most) after only blow/air drying?

Yea, short hair is not good left alone...it seems to just stick up and do whatever the hell it wants to.

I think short hair's better for gelling than long hair... Long hair stays more easily in whatever position because it has some weight to it, and too much gel makes it gross. Spiky short hair is the best... takes 2 seconds to style, and looks clean. I say if you want to go without gel, cut it really short.. maybe a #4 on top, #1 on the sides...

I spike my hair...looks better after I let it grow out a bit though because when i have my hair cut it is supershort, but I have no choice because my hair grows fast.

I use a Pomade made by Paul Mitchell. The stuff works great, but it is kind of expensive. Worth every penny though. I also liked the Revlon Pomade, but I can't find it anymore. They both allow you to style your hair, but it doesn't leave it hard and nastly.
