Importing video from analog vid-camera

Hey all,

I'm looking for the cheapest way to get movies off of my analog vid camera onto my computer. I have an ATI Radeon 8500 LE, but that doesn't come with a TV-in... and won't take RCA cables either.

Was thinking of buying an uber cheap TV tuner, then connecting that to my VCR, then that to my vid-camera.

Suggestions?

I know you're staring at that Red X avatar of mine
