What kind of Computer do you have?

At the moment I'm using the family HP Pavilion computer until I get my own. What kind do you guys have? And what is the best, reliable, affordable computer out there? Need some advice before I go out and get one.

ATL: Dude, you're killing me with your (sometimes useless topics). I'm trying to stay afloat here and almost everytime I log in, you got a new topic.

So since I want my 50 posts here it goes:

I don't buy store brands. I buy parts (CPU, RAM, board, cards, etc) and ask my friendly computer guy to put it all together.

If anyone needs good quality computer parts at the best prices in TO, I know a store (independent, legit, professional) that has great prices - as long as you pay CA$H :P

I think you need like, 200 some posts until your rank actually involves a car.

If it's on this board, and it keeps changing, it's my fault.*

Yeah yeah they're growing. We're ranked #3 on a google English search for Mazda3 (#17 if you include non-English sites).

Not much I can do about people searching for "Mazda 3" though

What kind of Computer do you have?

My current computer setup:

Computer Brand: Shuttle
Computer Model: SK41G

AMD Athlon XP 2000+
1024MB DDR-RAM PC2100 (266MHz)
ATi Radeon 8500 64MB DDR AGP
IBM DeskStar 40GB UDMA100 7,200RPM
Ext. Maxtor 120.0GB USB 2.0
Samtron 95P 19" Color (!) Monitor
Lite-ON CD-RW 52/48/52

I guess that's all. Yes, I built it myself (starting with the Shuttle itself, added CPU, RAM and everything else. Anyways, after having spent over 9 years of personal and professional experience in computers, I should know how to build it well
