You've probably figured it out by now, but it's in the menus. Go to the Set Up Menu (wrench icon), then to Date. Both date and time are in there. The D70/D70s have a small internal rechargeable battery that powers the clock; this battery recharges off of the main battery, so you'll want to keep a fully-charged battery in your camera at all times. Nikon says it's normal for the clock to drift by a few minutes every couple months.

Yeah I didn't use the camera for like a year, that's what did it.
