I do agree, if somebody pays that much coin for a sat-nav... it better work flawlessly. I know it's a pain, but I think you will find more luck going to another mazda dealership. I know Mazda-Corporate probably hates hearing that someone needs a new sat-nav (because it's expensive), but in your case, I think a reasonable dealership will make a reasonable accomodation to your situation. The dealer you're getting now just seems crappy.
