Do you ever....

Do you ever miss someone that you were once with? You remember all the good times... all the fun times... the amazing times you spent together. Then you ask yourself... where did it all go wrong?

This has been happening to me a lot lately.

:-/

I don't know what to do anymore.

Re: Do you ever....

Right there with you, but it doesn't really affect me. My first boyfriend was a very sweet guy. We were only together 2 months, cuz I had just gone off to college out of town when we met. He came up to visit a few times, but he couldn't do it anymore. I didn't have a car at the time, so I couldn't contribute to going home to see him He was a marine too, so if it ever came to where he had to go overseas or leave for a long period of time, it wouldn't have worked out anyway.

Now I just look at where I am and who I'm with, and think "he's everything I ever wanted, and then some."

Yea, that's great!

I'm just going through so much lately that I'm feeling like I missed out on something huge. What could have been... ya know? Ugh.

Re: Do you ever....

Remember, if a relationship is meant to be, it will be. Forcing a relationship won't make it work. Working a relationship makes it work. It takes both in the relationship working to make it a good, working relationship. Sometimes the original meeting is the wrong time for the relationship. If it is meant to be, the two will be brought back together by events in their lives.

Doesn't expecting the unexpected make the unexpected expected? Why are a wise man and a wise guy opposites? Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway ?

Just remember, Noah built the ark without even knowing what rain was.
