FS: SOLD

I've been deciding whether or not I was going to install this since I sold my last car and pulled it out.. but I've decided to sell since I don't want to bother with it, plus I really really like the look of the stock system.

This is an Alpine CDA-9884 CD receiver, iPod compatible (comes with cable), satellite ready, HD ready, reads MP3/WMA/AAC CD's. 3 Pre outs (2V) with a subwoofer level control. (the sound controls on this thing are NICE) Works great and is in perfect condition. It was only used for less than a year.. sold my Scion xB I had in May of '09 and it's just been sitting in the box since, pending my decision of whether or not it was going in my new car, which I just purchased last month. =P

Bought and installed at Best Buy on 9/8/08. You'll see the receipt in the first pic, I also purchased the 4 year protection plan with it, which it will still carry. They will repair or replace if anything goes wrong with it.

It's already wired up for a Scion, but I'll just pull that harness off if it sells here (I have this listed on the Scion board also).

Asking $150.

It does charge the iPod.. I would try searching for an answer to the iPhone. It depends on the model.. I remember I messed with plugging mine and two other friend's iPhones in it. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. Shipping to LA would be $8 for Priority.

Pretty well I think.. I never took pics myself, this guy's page has two good pics showing you can change the color of the buttons from blue to red: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3316142/2

Oh yeah, you can ad AUX with an adapter.

Bluetooth also.

Crutchfield has the best info on this thing, http://www.crutchfield.com/p_500CDA9...4.html?tp=5684

Re: FS: Alpine CDA-9884 CD Receiver (iPod/MP3/satellite/HD etc)

There is an adapter you can buy for the steering wheel controls to work, and the LCD will still work because it connects separately elsewhere before connecting to the system.. you only won't be able to change the clock/DIS readout once the new radio is in, so you'll want to set it to whatever you want to see permanently with the stock radio still connected.
