Here is what I posted on a thread a couple ticks down from your posting....

Got what you want.* Memphis 12"* $175 shipped.....

Back of box is angled perfectly to fit snug against back of rear seat in a 5-door.* Don't know if the angle is the same in a 4 door.* The velcro on the back of the box is attached with staples.* The box does not move one bit once you push it up agains the back seat.* Let me know....

Here is a better shot of the front than what was on the original post.....

Re: WTB: Your sub in box w/ or w/out amp

It was in my car for about a month. And I don't listen to my music that loud, so it wasn't used to it's fullest at all. So I will say it is as close to excellent without being brand new as you can get. You will need an amp. And I defer to the people on this board that are more knowledgeable than I about amping subs. There are some real good threads in the stereo/audio section here about what you would need as far as an amp. It came from a set of 3 that ssinstaller had in his Mazda 3. Let me know if I can try to answer anything else.... Memphis Model # M3124D 12" sub.....

No problem. The box was made out of 3/4" mdf and has the quick connects installed. It's heavy....
